Before I decided to major in Graphic Design, I started my art career with fine arts, more specifically drawing. From the time I could hold a crayon until I graduated high school my art training revolved around fine arts. From high school up until my first two years of college I focused a majority of my time in drawing and painting. This early training gave me a foundation that I still use today when creating graphic design pieces, and is a driving reason why I'll typically start a design either in a sketchbook or on my iPad before I move onto my computer.
